Does anyone else see the connection between Trump saying this is the "Golden Age of America" and the "Golden Age of Spain"? What happened RIGHT BEFORE Spain's "Golden Age"?

How are we possibly setting up a fracture with our "Greatest Ally"? What if our "ally" decided to piss away an offered olive branch? Would that give us a reason to sever ties with plenty of public support? Would it convince boomers to separate from the guilt they've been manipulated with?
