On this December 5, year of our Lord 2025, We the People of Oregon, 33rd of the several States of The United States of America, by Leo H. (Hank) Albertson, Petitioner, hereinafter “We” and “Us,” have resumed that original public compact (1859 Oregon Constitution, ARTICLE I, BILL OF RIGHTS, Sec. 1) Government of said Oregon.
Therefore, We ORDER Tina Kotek, UNITED STATES INC, STATE OF OREGON INC, this state, Oregon Bar Association, IRS, Federal Reserve, OR, inter alia, their offices, officers, judges, foreign agents, inter alia, hereinafter “Respondents,” before January 5, 2026, by Certified Mail, under penalty of perjury, show written proof of having taken the Oath at ARTICLE VI of the 1787 Constitution for the United States of America, show written proof of jurisdiction over and in said 1859 Oregon and over its Citizens identified at ARTICLE I, Sections 1 and 2 of said 1787 Constitution and show proof of the superseding powers at ARTICLE X of the 1791 Bill of Rights over Us to Leo H. Albertson, Petitioner, 92119 Water Users Lane, Lakeview, Oregon [97630] (not OR or 97630).
Failure of Response to said ORDER activates the law of estopple and is evidence for prosecution for robbery, slavery, kidnapping, conspiracy against rights, secret courts, sedition, treason, RICO, taking, inter alia, in a Petitioned Military Tribunal.
