JLR Investigates reporting the Brown University shooter is not a U.S. citizen, but a 'legal permanent resident'.

Rhode Island attorney general: In terms of what was said [by shooter], I don't know anymore today that what I told you yesterday, or the day before. There are some witnesses that say he said nothing.
