The Mueller/Rosenstein Conundrum

If we were to suspend any pre-conceived notions about Mueller and Rosenstein that have played out so far, and look at things from a purely strategic and outcomes-based perspective. The best scenario from an optics and results standpoint would be allowing the MSM and Left to become so anchored, saturated and protective of the reputations and positions of these two men that provide the only pathway to impeachment, and then knowing from the start they were /ourguys/ all along.
