The 14th must be adjudicated beyond the interpretation of it's intent. It's beyond citizenship. The fourteenth is at the heart of humanization, of self ownership as majority, even sovereignty.
That's why Trump's Gold Card is constitutional. Why? Because if you can pay your own way onto the land in your own right, you exhibit your majority, 9/10ths.
PROVE ME WRONG!!!
btw, Levin is a legal lightweight.
Told you so!!!

The constitution does not extend the right, only guarantees it's protection. Cash (free speech), freedom, is already possessed and proven by the ability to purchase the card.
Levin is a simpleton.

Acts 3:6-16
King James Version
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
Christians are free by assembly. A Christian can "naturalize" onto the land. The Constitution does not confer freedom, only guarantees it's protection for each free individual. A Christian is "endowed" by the creator, therefore, has possession, unless a slave on the land. If emancipated, then he is in possession and endowed.
The slave owner, if a Christian, has now, two talents, but is not a good servant if he returns only the same talent entrusted to the servant.
Matthew 25:14-30
King James Version
14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
A slave cannot be increased. The founders knew the rule to be 3/5ths, and the slave can only be 3/5ths.
However, a minor, 1/10th can be increased, that's why scoundrel bankers do fractional lending by 10x to majority. Else, if delinquent, revert to minors, 1/10ths.
A slave can NEVER be increased. But, if you return God's talent, the slave, without increase:
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

Emamcipating the slave to his own devices, his endowment from the God of creation, he may increase. That is why someone subject to another power cannot seek freedom in America until he is in possession. The Constitution does not confer freedom, only the guarantee of it's protection for those individuals who are free. To protect another from the power under which he has no possession would be theft from that power and protecting an individual and not his freedom. There is a difference. Protecting an individual from he who possesses him is kidnapping or worse.
Yes, but a man can come under the possession of another and become his property. The constitution cannot free a slave, that's why it was amended to emancipate the slave into his own hand. Emancipate means to change hands.
These have surrendered their freedom for a term.
>These have surrendered their freedom for a term.
Unjust imprisonment, though, is kidnapping, a crime, and by justice ought to be remedied/remediated.
To fight or die for others.
