An indictment is an accusation from a grand jury.

It's different from when people get arrested and brought in by LEOs and THEN the prosecutor decides to charge them.

After an indictment is entered/unsealed, the pre-trial hearings and then the plea or trial commence.

"Arrests" aren't necessary in this scenario, unless the defendant doesn't show up for hearing/trial.
