Assuming Q is human, mistakes are a built-in feature. As careful as possible with drops of course, given the weight of the intel.

True, which may or may not be significant. Like some other drops though, they may not make sense in real time, may take weeks or months, future proves past. Or, just testing devices/ability to delete as anyone else in said position with their own board with one purpose may do, it's been done there before. .
