CA Secretary of State says vote by mail (an easy avenue for fraud) is allowed because people are "intimidated" from voting in person.

Exactly who would be "intimidated" from voting in person the United States of America?
And who over then last 250 years has been "intimidated" from voting in person at a California state of national election polling booth? This is not a labor union boss vote from the old days in Chicago.
Perhaps those hiding from ICE would be intimidated because they are not allowed to vote in California - nor the rest of the U.S. Maybe they want all of the freebies that are dangled by Democrats (which freebies are contrary to the spirit and nature of the rugged, can-do American).
People in that group are breaking the law, so they should be concerned about possible capture and deportation if showing up to vote illegally.
It doesn't bother Anon if in-person requirements for voting "intimidate" illegals away from voting in person.
And it shouldn't "bother" the California Secretary of State either!
Sending out mail-in ballots long after the plandemic is over, and justifying it on "dear of intimidation" grounds reveals her true agenda.
It used to be the ridiculous claim that "Blacks can't get ID" (for "no ID required" push). Added to that now, the claim is alleged U.S. citizens will be "intimidated" [by what is not clear] from voting in person, and therefore disenfranchised.
All we had for 250 years - with rare exceptions for military deployments and other provable, qualifying exceptions.
The 2020 COVID19 pandemic "emergencies" ushered in so many policies, adversely affecting every dimension in our lives, that we will no doubt still be unearthing and trying to reverse for years.
By then, as now, the Demons will cry that too many people rely on it after these years of allowing it (mail in ballots, absurdly subsidized health care and college loans - both of which kept getting more and more expensive because of subsidies,free this and free that for illegals and incentives to stay unmarried and have lots of children to be supported by taxpayers, to name a few), all of them, have "become part of the fabric of the country," it is "undemocratic" to take it away now because millions' dependend on ut - read learned helplessness….
Time to reverse just about everything (unless earned benefits, like VA).
We are chasing so many things to undo that were done on such a massive scale for so long that even of we are able to unwrap some of them partially, they have been twisted so deeply into the dependency subculture that the RINOs and weak-spined Rs balk at the political message of pulling it back. Even if, like Obamacare, it is expiring on its own terms.
Gotta give them Ds a good score for playing the long game.
But whatever star they get is obliterated by the negatives of the lying, cheating, twisting narratives, fake news, stealing, corruption and other deep state antics.
