No. Obama and the media COVERED for police, with the exception of the occasional "sacrifice" to appease the people. The people have been calling out police for a long time, tech just made it more viseable and harder to hide the peoples true feelings towards them.
It's not Obama that made cops violate the constitution. Remember, the "patriot act" came before Obama.
