We need to replace "All" cops in this country, because they are cabal thugs and do not know the law at all. That man has a constitutional right to pursue happiness, even at his own peril. Second, it is not a misdemeanor but battery with a assault with a deadly weapon because I am sure the cops had a guns, which are both felonies. The Law is for all. The DOJ and Trump has to formally arrest those cops. They cannot claim concern about his safety if the beat him.
