Good Morning Christmas Eve Day.

Baking a loaf of real хлеб right now. I like it super airy so I mixed the yeast in distilled water with a couple tsp of Dextrose to act like rocket fuel before adding to the flour. I wanted to sleep longer, but that's not gonna happen.

Besides all that, cooking a couple of куры, a spiral ветчина, картофельное пюре с подливкой, homemade вино (couple months old), from my cabernet/merlot grape vines.

Spent the last year trying to learn Russian, can't speak it, and I can barely remember what things are called, but I'm getting to the point where I can read a fair portion of it.
