Dood shouldn’t have violently slapped the other guys phone/ hand unprovoked . The guy who did the punching, if me on jury just seeing the video, first thought, well, MEN , if you do something like punch their hands/phone, you almost certainly get a instant reaction, men are wired this way. So guy who did the punching does not seem criminal, plus he never leaves. Just a bad outcome all around. But not intentional, reactionary. If doo dies/ dies, the guy who punched in my opinion should not be found to have murdered him.
