Fake news people there is not 10 billion in silver to buy if this is true then there will be a massive run on silver now. This is not true is the reality in things other countries may not like this is why be seen as not a good economic situation for the world to do it with out reason. I can think mining in ways to invest in this amount maybe but this would make the price go crazy too as they would likely buy the finish product first before mining if this was the case.
