For me, I'm finding that after ingesting all this information its best to sit back and then distill it down to the key tenants.
God is. God is Love. In Love, there is only Light. In Light, there is only Truth. In Truth, there is only One.
Then do you utmost to be absolutely present at all times.
I found myself getting too fearful of the fact that was I fearful. Feeding negativity/energy siphons. Maintaining God is One/Love & absolute present bypasses all the fear naturally and also the struggle over exactly what the fuck is going on.
Way easier to say than do, though.
