Yea and those BMI charts are pretty unreliable. If you saw you me you wouldn't think I was obese. However according to BMI charts I am obese. Gotta realize that some people can hold the weight better and it not be a detriment. BMI does not account for things like your skeletal frame (no not using the 'big boned' argument here. weight just sits better on some people. I'm a pretty good example.)
