To the Reporter:

I didn't take you seriously at first, but maybe you are who you say you are.

No one anon is above another.

But we have different skillsets and different roles. Some dig, some meme, some distribute the memes, some pray. Some are pretty good at writing and some have skills at graphic design, cartooning, or humor. We do research! We have a lot of curiosity and we seek the truth. We tend to have a lot of skeptism until we find and explore the sources ourselves.

I can see how it would look like total chaos to someone who hasn't been here with us 7x16 hours since November 1st.

You might try asking some questions. If your questions are interesting, you might get some interesting replies. Collectively, we do have a lot of information. For example I manage a database of 22,000 memes on various topics that we have researched. We have some other anons who specialize in following the movements of aircraft. There are anons with skills at analyzing photographs and referencing them to maps. Those are a few examples but by no means all-inclusive. We just fit together as a result of the particular skills and interests we have, and from working together day after day after day. We call it the hive mind.

Harsh indictment of the "journalist" profession but mostly true. My experience with being interviewed by journalists was exactly that: their story already written, and interviewing me solely to elicit a few quotes they could take out of context to buttress their story.
