New Mexico's governor went to DC for knee surgery because NM's healthcare sucks. Our rural hospitals aren't even staffed by doctors. The indigents have destroyed the healthcare and ER's are staffed with nurse practioners and physician assistants.
If it's not life threatening they don't care even though the ER is the only thing available Thursday night to Monday morning.
