🚨 This is real. And it’s happening right now.
New York just passed the so-called “COPA Act” — a law that would force homeowners to offer their property to the government or NGOs before they can sell it freely.
And one city councilwoman blew the whistle.
Councilwoman Vickie Paladino didn’t mince words. She flat-out warned this is theft by policy.

I wonder if she’s one of Gov Walz’s school shooter “friends”:
Newly released FBI records from the Covenant School shooting in Nashville include over 100 pages of writings by shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale, providing insights into her motivations, planning, and finances, including federal student aid.
The documents, obtained through litigation, feature journal entries from late 2021, handwritten preparations for a school attack, and details on intended weapons. One entry cites “Christian school (hate religion)” as a reason for selecting the target.
A page titled “Account Savings Record” mentions federal student aid, noting FAFSA grant checks beginning at $2,050.86 and ledger entries for payments from Nossi College of Art and Design, where Hale was a student. These financial notes appear beside lists of firearms planned for the incident.

NEW🙄: House Democrats plan to reconvene their Jan. 6 select committee for an unofficial hearing on the fifth anniversary of the Capitol riot.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries proposed the event to examine threats to elections from the Trump administration, highlight pardons of Jan. 6 participants, and feature testimonies from affected members.
Jeffries accused Republicans of attempting to rewrite the riot’s history. The original committee, formed post-riot with two Republican members, held 2022 hearings and issued criminal referrals against President Trump that were not pursued.

JUST IN‼️: A U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development report for fiscal year 2025 identified $5.8 billion in questionable rental assistance payments distributed in fiscal year 2024.
These included funds sent to approximately 30,000 deceased tenants across all states and thousands of potential non-citizens, with concentrations in New York, California, and Washington, D.C. HUD detected the issues by comparing its records to a Treasury database.
The department distributed about $50 billion in rental assistance that year to non-federal entities. Secretary Scott Turner attributed the problems to the Biden administration’s emphasis on rapid fund disbursement with limited oversight.
HUD plans to investigate further, verify fraud, potentially pause or revoke funding, and pursue criminal referrals if warranted. The agency aims to enhance program controls to direct aid to intended recipients.

NEW: A California federal judge ruled that the Department of Health and Human Services may share Medicaid data with immigration enforcement agencies, while maintaining restrictions on the data's extent and application.
The ruling addressed a July lawsuit by 20 Democratic attorneys general challenging the Trump administration's plan to provide such data to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, claiming it breached privacy rules.
Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria determined that HHS and the Department of Homeland Security sufficiently justified the shift from prior non-sharing policies.
