They literally get away with murder and attempted murder. J13th was obvious that the shooter didn't have line of sight, and there were no blood drag marks, he was shot behind the head, and there was video where a shot was heard coming of out a window with no flash, the small arms that shot the suspect in the back of the head, then a bunch of shots fired from the same window with muzzle flashes, which would mean at least two shooters were in there due to the rapid successions.
