Call the IRS, not the FBI……………

There was a local scheme in my area similar to what the Somalis in MN doing a couple years ago. But the FBI then proved useless.

New tactic to to after the scammers —- Apply for the IRS reward for the tax cheats. These scammers that are taking ripping off tons of money certainly aren't paying taxes. And the IRS is always looking to collect more tax.

I didn't collect any reward. BUT………….. once the IRS started to investigate the word got around town real quick. I had given the IRS enough info that the scam not only stopped…………. but the big payoff the main scammer expected was thwarted as well. And a divorce as a cherry on top.

FIGHT BACK WITH THE I.R.S.

Take pictures of locations, and gather any public information to link the principals etc. Pictures of their homes, cars, anything of value that shows they are living above their reported income. In particular real estate.

I haven't read any of the indictments on these Somali scammers………. I sure hope they have income tax evasion charges included.
