>ignorance of the law is no excuse
The same goes for law enforcement…. right?
"Qualified immunity", you know…. ignorance of the law being an excuse for cops and all. Notice how bootlickers like you ALWAYS attack and project onto those calling them out for their crimes.
What you think is irrelevant to me. The fact of the matter, is, law enforcement in the US are lawless, and some can't stand that some others have the balls to call out the domestic enemies while they don't have the courage.
Law enforcement are enemies of the people and should be treated as such…. same for judges.
Who said anything about destruction? Holding one accountable is not destruction… unless being held accountable will destroy the illusion/delusion.
Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States harasses and tries to demand ID from Jeff Gray, civil rights activist, for lawfully and constitutionally protected recording from public.
He admits on camera to doing this "every time" someone records there.
Domestic Enemies to the Constitution of the United States claim they can enter young mans home without a warrant because they smell weed, after he accidentally butt dialed 911. No they in fact cannot.
You think a butt-dial, while LAWFULLY SMOKING WEED, allows or justifies domestic enemies in badges to ignore the constitution and law?
He told them. Without exigent circumstances which didn't exist or a warrant, they can't enter the home.
A cops wild imagination doesn't trump ones rights.
If a serial killer saves a baby are they no longer a serial killer?
There are "good people" who are cops, there is no good cop in the US. They have to ask themselves what their root is, because a good tree can't give bad fruit, and a bad tree can't give good fruit. It's not some bad apples, it's the orchard itself that's rotten and on fire.
Who told law enforcement that government courts get to "weigh government interest" against the rights government is forbidden from infringing upon?

John 17:20-23 NIV
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
