Can we get some kind of law or amendment protecting the right to use rainwater or energy resources on your property? It still boggles my mind the communism is so bad in some places it's illegal to collect rainwater that falls on your property.
I just realized if you collect rainwater to analyze chemtrail fallout that's the first thing they're going to ask. "And how did you collect this rainwater to test if it's illegal?"

According to some estimates, eliminating homeless would only cost around 50 billion dollars. How much does the government and various agencies spend on "helping" the homeless? Without actually providing places to live or constructing some kind of housing?
