I saw no notes posted till late in bread, none were tagged to dough

gerbs thought you had abandonned the bread

the big deal about baking is presence, especially night shift

best to set up dough first thing with ability to tag dough with notes

then post moar often

policy is i no notes posted by 350 bread can be assumed

we do this in am no prollem

I let it go at night unless there is a fight for bread

I leave bakers alone till they need help
