Real reason brics dont have central banks
Same reason you don't litter in your own yard. The people who own the corrupt central banks are operating out of Venezuela and Iran as "governments."
Just a theory.
Forgot to mention: remember Havanah Syndrome? Venezuela and Cuba are very friendly with each other. Imagine the clandestine C_A operations that just got broken off with Venezuela falling. Many of us anons are going to sleep better now.
