FISA it is.
This is an important FISA document. It is from 2014 to senators Fienstein & Saxby Chambliss. If you were to ask me, it was a feeler of sorts. It outlines what can be done or not w a FISA request. What the scope of inquiry is, who can be inquired upon, circumstances.. etc.
We need to make flowcharts or whatever w easily understood graphics to take away the confusion of official speak, break it down for people.
Take the actions and players and do the same w regards to what happened w Carter Page.. by reading this, even if he was a Russian "spy" I do not believe he could have a FISA request done on him. I will have to see if he was "outside the US" at the time of the FISA inquiry requests and all.. not supposed to be able to use FISA on persons inside US. Also the manner in which the queries were made is not right either.
A LOT OF INFO TO FILTER THROUGH in regards to what Hussein did w FiSA verses what you can lawfully do. Thank god for Admiral Rogers and NSA and looking over the query reports and noticing the severe uptick in them. He was alarmed at the uptick and dug to find the reason.
Gotta love those who love their job and country and take things serious.
