Crimea should be treated differently because it is a vital coastal route that could benefit both sides to help grow their economy and would be a perfect starting point in all fairness. Crimea should be split into 3 with no quarrels .To the west controlled by Ukraine, to the east controlled by Russia, and in the middle, to the US because we can assure fairness and will need a hub to transport the rare earth minerals that Zelinsky should honorably agree to, until such times that the US recaps it's costs and ensure future peace.
