I did dig on this issue and h1B and the use of graduate students in research work…I even got a hint of John Podesta doing it at George Town where I tracked down (this was August 2016) his class schedules and assignments for his classes. I had seen enough of the tech grad students / doctoral / post doc researchers (especially Jewish, Indian, Chinese) to suggest they were working on things with some-in-built plausible separation but pierce the academic-corporate-donor veil…so I wondered…and sure enough I found that in April iirc of 2016 John Podesta had assigned a paper to a kid in a 3L class that dealt with questions of separation of powers when it comes to…drum roll…subpoenas, executive privilege, attorney-client privilege and that sort of thing. "You sneaky bastard" I thought.
Getting his grad students to answer a question he probably didn't want an actual record existing of with a real lawyer and I must confess the kid that wrote it did a brilliant job and….drum roll…he answered Podesta's "innocent" question in the negative…hahahahahaha oh my sides
i.e. The student said "Podesta Hypo + Law = Podesta Fucked" which was NOT the answer he was looking for imo.
I called the law student that wrote it you know. Crazy as hell right? Well his number was right in front of me so…why not? I wanted to ask him whether HE suggested the topic for the paper or whether Podesta had, and if he did, did the topic naturally flow out of that years work or a personal interest he might have had in appellant work or the like or was it out of the blue as out of the blue as if Podesta had asked him to write about criminal conversation.
He didn't pick up. I left a message. He never called back. That was it. I don't think it helped though when I said I was looking into allegations Professor Podesta was a pedophile.
