Each clientele occurrence targets just the right people that it’s meant to. Black oeople aren’t going to need the same ops as you, for example, to have their eyes slowly opened. So what they are getting is being shown -slowly-how bad their thug culture is for them, that whites aren’t the problem, that the government is preferring illegals to them, etc.
