-60F is on the rare end where I live, usually just gets to between -40F, -50F but it has gotten that cold on occasion over the years. You don't spend much time outside having a smoke when it's that's cold, that's for damn sure, and forget about the green, leafy left-handed roll your owns, the resin created will freeze and plug up the whole joint.
That'd be nice, amazing actually, but not a financial possibility for me. There's other factors too that complicate things enough to make it an impossibility.
