Maduro's wife throwing gang signs?

In all the coverage of Maduro's arrest that I have seen there haven't been any pictures that showed his wife which is why this one caught my eye, which led me to notice her hands. I can only come up with a few possibilities:

She is throwing gang signs

She is a cripple

Image artifacts

She or her hands were added with AI

Personally I think it is a combination of the first and third. Given the way she is only really mentioned in passing I think she was brought along for leverage against him and to keep her from becoming a rallying point.

Still I find her hand position odd in this pic.
