Anon, I went over this years ago, what the tactic is. This is part of IDF Zionist training. Let me give you a reference, the Jew says an eye for an eye. The Christian says turn the other cheek. The game is, is that you get slapped only once by each in their community because you have to forgive them, whereas if you harm one of them, they do not forgive, and take your eye, and then comes the rest of the community. The police are IDF trained, they will do harm then they are transferred to harm others elsewhere, and another in their community will get you next time, then be transferred. This is how they get away with it, it is done in all forms of government too, including schools, and health care institutions. This is bigger than most can imagine.
