Unfortunately, the psychological/characteristic makeup of those Officers, is EXACTLY the same psychological makeup of 99% of every Officer today that can get into Police Academy or acquire a LE Certificate, get into the Cop Shop, rub shoulders with other current Police, get a Uniform badge and gun… and be set loose into general population and prey upon the innocent (and yes, occasionally get a super invigorating adrenaline rush gang-stomping an UN-UNIFORMED thug/thief/murderer.)
