KMAO no it's not. The US Supreme Court was VERY clear on this back in 1987, protected free speech can not be interference. We can't threaten them or lie to them, other than that our speech cannot be interference in the US.
There's a reason so many are pissed at cops for unlawfully arresting people for "taking our attention" and then taxpayers paying their victims while the cops face no consequences.
Law enforcement and the courts are a direct threat to national security.
