Bayer's Monsanto has sued Pfizer, BioNTech and Moderna for allegedly misusing its messenger RNA technology in COVID-19 vaccines.
The patent infringement lawsuits say the companies have copied technology developed by Monsanto in the 1980s for strengthening mRNA in crops.
