In this video, the shooting cops is masked using the vehicle as a mask as opposed to the pb where they used the cop by the passenger window as a mask to introduce the shooting cop. This was a false flag, and a doctored video. In this video you cannot see the shooting cop through the windshield either, but you can see the line from the building.
