Housing? The housing market in Miami is insane. Due to massive illegal immigrant demand. People buy otherwise nice houses and make (legally or illegally, mostly the latter) “additions” with the sole object of renting to several families. Either rent the whole property out as an investment property for income, or take in a renter for help with the mortgage. Because there are so many illegals, everyone flies under the radar, and now shitty little hovels sell for exorbitant amounts of money because they aren’t single family homes any more. They are micro-condos without Association fees.
