Real Solutions:
Place a piece of durable tape over all of your cameras front and back.
When you need to take a pic remove the tape while pointing camera away from face,
Take picture, recover the camera.

P.S. With a flashlight you can find and cover the camera on most modern TVs and they will not block the Remote.
