Looks to me like she was trained in these car maneuvers.
She traveled from Colorado to disrupt law enforcement.
They were about to pull her out of the car and arrest her.
The car did not accelerate for her because she was on ice.
This gave the officer the time he needed to respond.
There is no video that shows if she saw him or not.
But her foot on the gas and arms on the steering wheel were directing the car to run him over.
If she did not see him she was not looking where she was driving.
Making it near vehicular manslaughter.
