So let's see. Some state is going to arrest an ice agent on nonsense charges, and it's going to get appealed all the way to scotus, who will smack it down. Federal agents acting within the scope of their official capacity have immunity. Once the arrests are proven invalid, that gives the feds the green light to arrest any person trying to interfere with ICE under the guise of enforcing a conflicting state law.
