Usually dead centre, pineal gland.

I class it as warning tones.
It’s constantly there.
Left ear loud noise u need to be aware.
Right ear not so bad.
It comes from my pineal gland after years of detox.
It’s habbened for about 10 years, after enlightenment.
Trust it observe.
Always constant, high pitch, nothing to evasive.
Sometimes I have to focus and check it’s still there.
I can hear it now.
Pleasant.
I appreciated the vid that anon posted as it kindof explained a few things.
We always called it tinnitus, not tinnitus as it was something different from the norm.
