They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents and they should be treated as such until they remember their oath and uphold and defend the peoples rights.
Gun control, civil asset forfeiture, prior restraint, demanding ID without PC or RAS of a crime, people arrested for "taking our attention" for verbally opposing and challenging police, which the US Supreme Court was VERY clear could not be interference back in 1987, people being trespassed from public meetings and forcibly removed or arrested for "disparaging remarks" calling out governments crimes, …these are just some of the ways law enforcement across this nation violate the People's rights , US Constitution, and 18 USC 242 every single day without being held accountable.
I challenge ANY member of law enforcement to tell me who exactly told them that government courts get to "weigh government interest" against the peoples rights the US Constitution forbids them from violating and overRULE the limits placed on government in our constitution? The constitution FORBIDS government from violating our rights, government has ZERO authority to "weigh government interest" against our rights and violate our rights under color of law and do so because lawless law enforcement blindly prop them up.
There is no appreciation given nor deserved.

I find it funny when people say the declaration of independence has no bearing because it's not the constitution, they don't realize the 9th amendment to the Constitution protects the peoples rights in the Declaration of Independence.
