Actually yes.

ICE can detain citizens if they allegedly commit a crime, such as interfering with an immigration operation or assaulting officers.

โ€ฆ

The law and DHS policy both allow agents to use deadly force, but โ€œonly when necessaryโ€ and in circumstances when they have a โ€œreasonable beliefโ€ that they or someone nearby is facing an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury. They are not allowed to use deadly force to stop a fleeing subject or in cases when a suspect appears to be a threat only to themselves.

Now go fuck yourself, leftie scum

>She didn't

She did, you silly liar.

>tried to drive away

No, she went BACKWARDS, and then 100% forwards into the officer. The only reason why the officer is still alive, is that her car was literally on ice and took a few seconds for the wheels to get a grip.

>And what gave him authority to do so?

The bitch blocking the street, and therefore commiting a crime, on top of trying to block ICE, which is also a crime.

>What is required to stop someone?

Since when is it allowed to illegaly block streets and also block ice?

No, she was told to get out of her FUCKING car.

If you actually watched the video with audio, you would fucking hear that.

>she did so

No, if she got out of her fucking car, she would still be alive.

Instead she tried to kill a human. And even a regular citizen can defend themselves from getting killed by a leftie lunatic.

>he's a coward for shooting a murderous lesbo

It wasn't an accident.

I'm not insane cheering for someone to be dead, but if I got to choose between the ICE officer getting killed by a car, and the ICE officer stopping the car by all means, then I'm going for the latter, obviously.

If she at least would have driven AWAY, but she didn't even do that. She went straight forward, into the ICE officer.

The car only turned in the last second, because she was fucking dead and couldn't drive straight anymore.

You are literally saying that it's legal to kill ICE or basically anyone for an "unlawful order" (in your mind).

Meanwhile anyone sane would comply, by simply getting out of the car, getting arrested, and then sueing for millions and winning (in reality losing, because what's in your mind is unhinged nonsense)

>no, no, mr. cop, I'm a sovereign citizen

>I can kill you, see? bam bam bam

>hurrr this was legal, he ordered me to show him my driver license, that fucking enemy!!!

>and I can legally kill you, bam bam bam

>btw. not a leftie

Show me the fucking law that says that you can murder a cop or ICE officer for believing that their order is "unlawful"

>drive away

reality isn't what you claim it to be.

She was literally driving into him, you retarded freak.
