The oldest surviving complete copy of the New Testament, and one of the most complete early Bibles overall, is the Codex Sinaiticus from the mid-4th century CE. No single manuscript contains the entire modern Bible verbatim due to losses and variations in ancient canons, but this Greek codex includes most of the Old Testament (Septuagint), the full New Testament, and extra texts like the Epistle of Barnabas.

Codex Sinaiticus (c. 330–360 CE) holds about half the Old Testament, all of the New Testament, and deuterocanonical books; parts are now in the British Library, Leipzig, St. Petersburg, and St. Catherine's Monastery. Codex Vaticanus (4th century CE), slightly possibly earlier, has most of both Testaments but lacks the end of the New Testament (e.g., Pastoral Epistles, Revelation). Older fragments exist, like Dead Sea Scrolls (3rd century BCE–1st CE) for Hebrew Bible portions, but no full Bible predates these codices.
Significance
These uncial codices on vellum represent the Alexandrian text-type, aiding modern textual criticism despite omissions like Mark 16:9–20. For Hebrew Bible completeness, later Masoretic texts like Leningrad Codex (1008 CE) are oldest, but not the full Christian Bible.
