it's a judicial ruling on a political (already decided) question. perhaps treasonous to give a ruling at all? they should kick it back. don't like tariffs? try to vote someone in 2028 with a different idea? and if they rule against tariffs it's a clear sabotage of the nation costing everything. they'll do it and then conditions are met that all branches of govt are incapacitated.
