I cleaned a portion of my town when I lived in a crack infested neighborhood that had become the town dump. I worked filling 12 garbage cans a week, working 4-6 hours a day, for 6 years until I won over the litterers. I even used reverse psychology on the crack heads when I went to speak to them, as they were always threatening, which made me kind of laugh. I told them, see that abandoned house across the street, the cops stop there so they can catch speeders, and they were always thankful. I even had scumbags that would run over the cans as I was deep into the over grown brush. They built about 10 new homes in that area as a result, each at $20k per year in taxes. And would you believe it, that they town would not give me a job either. I knew America was over way before any of you, that was back in the years following 911.
