Without RAS/PC that an actual Crime has/is or about to occur, then producing ID is voluntary and can not be Made into a "Crime" itself otherwise.
But the pattern and behavior and EXPECTATIONS in the mind of LEOs has been so profoundly distorted, that unless the Officer 'feels' the requisite Compliance and Submission they wish/want… the Officers have been thus fraudulently conditioned to 'feel' Crime is afoot.
They have been further conditioned to 'feel' that their own Incitement is perfectly within their own Authority to induce and raise the pressure.
This situation is disgusting, and leaves the general public with ever reducing choices in life.
The Police are breaking first one prohibition, and if unsatisfied they feel perfectly "Just" breaking another and another and another. We are in an intractable Pinch… and The System will continue until broken or dead, and a lot of Us with it.
Look, wouldn't it just be so much easier if a Law was passed that every single person should have their ID printed on their forehead so that LEOs can just see it without all the trouble?
