Clintons Refuse To Testify About Jeffrey Epstein; Comer To Begin Contempt Proceedings
President Trump isn't the only one clamming up over Jeffrey Epstein - as Bill and Hillary Clinton are both refusing to testify in front of Congressional investigators over their relationship with the dead sex-trafficking pedophile, escalating a monthslong battle with House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY).
The Clintons were scheduled to testify this week - weeks after the Trump DOJ released volumes of 'Epstein Files' - which were highly redacted, yet featured Bill prominently.
The former US president was scheduled to testify today (Jan. 13), and Hillary scheduled for tomorrow. Hours before the deadline, however, the Clintons made it clear in an 8-page letter that they have no intention of showing up - calling subpoenas issued by Comer "invalid and legally unenforceable," adding that they'll fight Comer as long as it takes.
"They are obligated under the law to appear and we expect them to do so," and Oversight spokeswoman said last week. "If the Clintons do not appear for their depositions, the House Oversight Committee will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings."

In late November, Newman warned “Leftist Marxists Preparing Now to Take Over America.” Then, Venezuela President Nicholus Maduro was arrested, and that threw a cold bucket of water on those plans. Newman points out,
“Venezuela was the cash cow that was funding this entire subversive movement through drugs and oil.
Donald Trump, in one fell swoop, took out that massive piece of their architecture, and they are pooping bricks.
They are absolutely terrified about what may come next.”
We already know the payments in the so-called Somali welfare fraud have been cut off by the federal government. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is also cutting off billions of dollars of more fraud by changing money transfer rules. On top of that, Newman says Trump has given a huge blow to the globalist UN climate treaty that also is cutting off big money. Newman says,
“The UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), this is the foundation of the UN climate regime and Donald Trump just utterly obliterated it. This is some of the best news we have heard in a very long time. The UN is very mad, and their chief spokesman is saying the US has a legal obligation to keep paying them.”
That is not going to happen, which means more cash cut from evil people trying to destroy America. Newman adds,
“This is just the beginning, and they have done a yearlong review of UN agencies that are useless, anti-American and wasteful. The first 66 just dropped, and we expect more. This is Earth shattering news. This is huge news and really significant.”
The other really significant thing about Venezuela is the voter fraud that has rigged elections in the Western hemisphere for many years. Newman says, “In Caracas, with Cuban help, they created lots of tools to steal elections…"

Clintons decline to testify in congressional Epstein probe, Comer to pursue contempt charges

After the Clintons on Tuesday refused to testify in the House Oversight Committee's probe into late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, committee Chairman James Comer said he would pursue contempt charges.
Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in a letter posted on X that they do not plan to appear for their scheduled depositions this week.
“Every person has to decide when they have seen or had enough and are ready to fight for this country, its principles and its people, no matter the consequences,” the Clintons wrote in an 8-page letter. “For us, now is that time.”
The Clintons’ lawyers also sent Comer a letter confirming they are challenging the legality of the subpoenas, Fox News reported.
"[T]he Subpoenas issued to President and Secretary Clinton are invalid and legally unenforceable. Mindful of these defects, we trust you will engage in good faith to de-escalate this dispute," reads the letter.
Comer said Tuesday morning, "We will move next week in the House Oversight Committee … to hold Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress."
