discipline and torture is two different things.
Discipline is defined by the issuer. your discipline maybe different then mine. regardless time after time issuing discipline when you feel fit or when it's not needed is torture.
ex:
my borther stole my dads tools.
my brother no longer as he grew to understand.
but everytime he needs a tool he is reminded that he has stole his dads tools over and over.
you learn to walk away from ppl who torture you for a past mistake. if you do not you will not heal yourself.
if it is continuous. you have a set of men who roam around who think they are hot shit in every department of govt.
you have ppl who roam around like hot shit who aren't in gov.
you need to goto the source of why they are this way.
what made them this way.
in order to fix it. but continuous behavior cannot go unchecked.
if it is a failure in training? or failure in parenting or just tweaking rules to teach or enforce better knowledgement on how to treat ppl all around.. just because you dont give a shit means its okay. your influence makes them not give a shit. see how that works?
just because i can forgive 100x doesnt mean you can keep doing the same thing over and over.
