If this means that social services will be cut then this plays right into the hands of these criminal sanctuary cities and will mainly target the unemployed conservatives, whites, Christians, and Patriots. Take NYC for example, who just elected a communist Muslim, because we are outnumbered, the illegals have the most of the jobs, and collect benefits that are being siphoned by the lunatic left. You cannot even get a call back from social services in a month. So by cutting off services, you are only going to hurt those that supported you, who are trapped and blacklisted because they did not support the left's destruction of America, not the illegals who have all the jobs in these areas as part of their insurrection that started after 911. A better solution, is to have the Federal government just pay recipients directly like you wanted to do with the insurance companies because this would give you direct control of Americans only.
