Greg Reese Explains How People Are Controlled by Binary Thinking and Its Blind Spots

Daniel Kahneman’s “Dual Process Theory” identifies two cognitive systems of the human mind: System 1 is fast, automatic, and emotional, where as System 2 is slow, deliberate, and logical. When the human mind is confronted with binary choices, System 1 handles the decision processing with its automatic emotional response, and it never gets any further analysis.

Once the brain recognizes a binary choice, it reduces cognitive load to a minimum by sending it to System 1. And when cognitive load is at a minimum, people are even more susceptible to external persuasion and group mind.

Minnesota: Blue Cross Is Helping the Somali Community Carry Out Massive Fraud Spreading Across the US

The Somali community in Minnesota has been in partnership with Blue Cross insurance, NGOs and leftist government officials in committing fraud. Blue Cross may be incentivized to allow or even encourage Medicaid fraud because they receive a percentage-based bonus on total claims paid, meaning more fraud translates to higher profits. David Hoch, a local man researching Somali fraud, said that the massive graft in the Somali community begins in Minnesota and then fans out to the rest of the country.

The last video is a comparison of Somali fraud between Minnesota and Maine. In both states, fraud has proliferated and people have not been held accountable.
